Movement is how I come home to myself, and I want that for you, too. Midlife is about rediscovering the power, grace, and vitality that’s always been yours. Through strength, flexibility, and endurance practices, we explore how moving our bodies helps us move more fully through life. This isn’t about perfection or performance. It’s about honoring our bodies as they are and preparing them for everything still ahead.
